              CRITICAL INFORMATION — PLEASE READ IN FULL BEFORE TRADING
                              Version 2.0 | 2025
================================================================================

THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS VITAL RISK DISCLOSURES THAT YOU MUST READ AND
UNDERSTAND BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING ANY TRADING STRATEGY
FROM BOTRADE.AI. TRADING FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS CARRIES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF
FINANCIAL LOSS. YOU COULD LOSE SOME, MOST, OR ALL OF YOUR INVESTED CAPITAL.
DO NOT TRADE WITH MONEY YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE.

================================================================================
SECTION 1: GENERAL RISK STATEMENT
================================================================================

1.1 Trading financial instruments — including but not limited to foreign
     exchange (forex/FX), cryptocurrencies, stocks, equities, exchange-traded
     funds (ETFs), contracts for difference (CFDs), futures, options,
     commodities, bonds, indices, and any other financial derivatives or
     securities — involves SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF FINANCIAL LOSS and is NOT
     suitable for all investors or traders.

1.2 The high degree of leverage commonly available in forex, CFD, futures,
     and cryptocurrency trading can work AGAINST you as well as FOR you.
     Leverage amplifies both gains AND losses. A small adverse market move
     can result in losses that EXCEED your initial investment. You may be
     required to deposit additional funds (margin call) or face automatic
     liquidation of your positions.

1.3 Before engaging in any form of trading, you should carefully consider:
     (a) Your financial situation, including income, savings, and debts
     (b) Your investment objectives and risk tolerance
     (c) Your level of trading knowledge and experience
     (d) Whether you can afford to sustain total loss of invested capital
     (e) Whether you understand the instruments you are trading
     (f) Whether you have consulted with a qualified financial professional

1.4 YOU SHOULD ONLY TRADE WITH CAPITAL THAT YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE IN ITS
     ENTIRETY WITHOUT AFFECTING YOUR STANDARD OF LIVING, ABILITY TO PAY
     BILLS, MORTGAGE OBLIGATIONS, OR FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES.

================================================================================
SECTION 2: ASSET-CLASS-SPECIFIC RISKS
================================================================================

2.1  FOREIGN EXCHANGE (FOREX) RISKS
     ============================================================
     (a) LEVERAGE RISK: Retail forex brokers commonly offer leverage between
         1:30 and 1:500. At 1:100 leverage, a $1,000 account controls
         $100,000 worth of currency. A mere 1% adverse move equals a $1,000
         loss — your ENTIRE account. At 1:500, a 0.2% move wipes out your
         capital.
     (b) CURRENCY VOLATILITY: Major currency pairs can move 50-200 pips
         daily. Exotic pairs (USD/TRY, USD/ZAR, USD/MXN) can move 500+
         pips in a single session. Flash crashes can produce 1,000+ pip
         moves in minutes (examples: CHF flash crash Jan 2015 — 3,000+ pips
         in seconds; GBP flash crash Oct 2016 — 600+ pips in 2 minutes).
     (c) GAP RISK: Forex markets close on Friday and reopen on Sunday, and
         significant gaps between the closing and opening prices can exceed
         stop-loss levels. Gaps of 100-500+ pips have been recorded after
         weekend events, elections, and central bank announcements.
     (d) SPREAD WIDENING: During major news events (NFP, FOMC, ECB, BoJ),
         low liquidity periods (Asian session rollover), or market stress,
         spreads can widen from 1-2 pips to 20-100+ pips, triggering
         unexpected stop-losses and increasing transaction costs.
     (e) SLIPPAGE: Order execution at a different price than requested.
         During high volatility and low liquidity, slippage can be 10-50+
         pips on a single order, significantly impacting strategy performance.
     (f) ROLLOVER/SWAP COSTS: Holding positions overnight incurs swap
         charges that can erode profits, especially for carry-trade
         strategies or positions in high-interest-rate currency pairs.
     (g) COUNTERPARTY RISK: Market-maker brokers are your counterparty.
         Their interests may conflict with yours. Broker insolvency can
         result in loss of deposited funds beyond regulatory protection limits.

2.2  CRYPTOCURRENCY RISKS
     ============================================================
     (a) EXTREME VOLATILITY: Cryptocurrencies regularly experience daily
         price swings of 5-20%. Bitcoin has historically dropped 50-80%
         from peak to trough in bear markets. Altcoins can lose 90-99% of
         their value. In May 2021, Bitcoin fell 53% in 6 weeks. In 2022,
         Luna/Terra lost 99.99% in days.
     (b) 24/7 MARKET: Crypto markets never close. Your bot runs continuously.
         Extreme moves can happen at 3 AM on a Sunday. You cannot rely on
         market closures to protect you from overnight gaps.
     (c) EXCHANGE RISK: Cryptocurrency exchanges can be hacked (Mt. Gox —
         $470M, Bitfinex — $72M, Coincheck — $530M, FTX — $8B collapse).
         Exchange insolvency, withdrawal freezes, and trading halts can
         trap your funds indefinitely.
     (d) REGULATORY RISK: Governments can ban cryptocurrency trading,
         declare tokens as securities, impose punitive taxes, or restrict
         exchange operations with little or no warning. China has banned
         crypto multiple times. India has imposed 30% crypto tax. The SEC
         has classified numerous tokens as unregistered securities.
     (e) SMART CONTRACT RISK: DeFi strategies interact with smart contracts
         that may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or backdoors. Flash loan
         attacks, rug pulls, and protocol exploits have caused billions in
         losses across the crypto ecosystem.
     (f) LIQUIDITY RISK: Many crypto trading pairs have thin order books.
         Larger orders can experience extreme slippage (5-20%) or inability
         to execute at desired prices. During market panic, liquidity can
         evaporate entirely.
     (g) NETWORK RISK: Blockchain congestion, high gas fees (Ethereum gas
         spikes to $200+ per transaction), network outages, and failed
         transactions can prevent order execution when you need it most.
     (h) STABLECOIN RISK: Stablecoins used as base currencies (USDT, USDC,
         BUSD, DAI) may depeg, lose value, or face regulatory action. The
         Terra/UST depeg erased $40+ billion in May 2022.
     (i) API RATE LIMITS: Crypto exchanges impose API rate limits. High-
         frequency strategies may hit these limits, causing missed signals,
         failed order placements, and orphaned positions.

2.3  STOCK & EQUITY RISKS
     ============================================================
     (a) MARKET RISK: Stock markets can decline 30-60% during bear markets
         and recessions. The S&P 500 fell 57% during 2008-2009, and 34%
         in the March 2020 COVID crash. Individual stocks can lose 100%
         of their value (bankruptcy: Enron, Lehman Brothers, Wirecard).
     (b) SINGLE STOCK RISK: Concentration in individual stocks creates
         idiosyncratic risk. Earnings misses can cause 10-40% drops in a
         single day. Fraud, management changes, lawsuits, and regulatory
         actions can trigger catastrophic declines.
     (c) TRADING HALTS: Stock exchanges can halt trading for 15 minutes
         to multiple days (circuit breakers, regulatory halts, pending news).
         During halts, you cannot close positions. The stock may reopen at
         a significantly different price.
     (d) DIVIDEND RISK: Stock strategies may not account for ex-dividend
         dates, corporate actions, stock splits, reverse splits, mergers,
         or spinoffs that alter price series and invalidate backtests.
     (e) SHORT SELLING RISK: Strategies involving short positions face
         theoretically unlimited loss potential. Short squeezes can cause
         rapid 100-500%+ price spikes (GameStop rose 1,600% in Jan 2021).
     (f) AFTER-HOURS RISK: Significant news released after market hours
         can create gap openings. Automated strategies cannot react during
         closed markets.

2.4 CFD (CONTRACTS FOR DIFFERENCE) RISKS
     ============================================================
     (a) COUNTERPARTY RISK: CFDs are OTC derivatives. Your broker is the
         counterparty. You are exposed to your broker's credit risk. If
         the broker becomes insolvent, you may lose your deposited funds.
     (b) LEVERAGE RISK: CFDs are highly leveraged products. ESMA limits
         retail leverage to 1:30 (EU), but offshore brokers may offer 1:500+.
         This means you can lose far more than your initial deposit.
     (c) NEGATIVE BALANCE RISK: In extreme market conditions, your account
         may go negative, meaning you OWE money to the broker. While some
         jurisdictions require negative balance protection (EU, UK, AU),
         many offshore brokers do not provide this.
     (d) OVERNIGHT FINANCING: CFD positions incur daily financing charges
         that compound over time, making long-term holding expensive.
     (e) PRICING DIFFERENCES: CFD prices may differ from the underlying
         asset price. Brokers set their own prices and may widen spreads
         at their discretion.
     (f) REGULATORY BANS: CFD trading is banned in the United States,
         Brazil, Belgium, and Hong Kong. Restrictions vary by jurisdiction.

2.5  FUTURES & OPTIONS RISKS
     ============================================================
     (a) EXPIRATION RISK: Futures contracts expire. Options can expire
         worthless. Rolling strategies incur costs and may not always be
         possible. Automated strategies must handle contract rollovers
         correctly or face delivery risk.
     (b) MARGIN CALLS: Futures require maintenance margin. If your account
         equity falls below maintenance margin, you receive a margin call
         and must deposit additional funds or face forced liquidation at
         unfavorable prices.
     (c) LIMIT MOVES: Futures markets can hit daily price limits (limit up
         or limit down), preventing execution of stop-loss orders and
         trapping positions.
     (d) OPTIONS DECAY (THETA): If your strategy involves buying options,
         time decay continuously erodes the value of your position. Options
         can lose 100% of their value at expiration.
     (e) OPTIONS WRITING RISK: Selling/writing naked options carries
         theoretically UNLIMITED risk potential. Assignment can occur at
         any time for American-style options.
     (f) COMPLEXITY: Options strategies involving multiple legs (spreads,
         straddles, iron condors) amplify complexity and risk.

2.6  COMMODITY RISKS
     ============================================================
     (a) SUPPLY/DEMAND SHOCKS: Commodity prices are affected by weather
         events, geopolitical conflicts, supply chain disruptions, OPEC
         decisions, and natural disasters. Oil traded NEGATIVE (-$37.63)
         in April 2020.
     (b) STORAGE & DELIVERY: Physical delivery obligations can arise from
         futures contracts that are not rolled or closed prior to expiration.
     (c) SEASONAL PATTERNS: Commodity strategies based on seasonal patterns
         can fail when historical patterns break down.
     (d) GEOPOLITICAL RISK: Commodities are heavily influenced by
         geopolitical events, trade wars, sanctions, and military conflicts.

2.7  INDEX RISKS
     ============================================================
     (a) MARKET-WIDE DECLINES: Index trading exposes you to entire market
         sell-offs. Flash crashes can drop indices 5-10% in minutes.
     (b) CORRELATION: During market stress, correlations between assets
         increase dramatically, reducing the effectiveness of
         diversification strategies.

================================================================================
SECTION 3: ALGORITHMIC & AUTOMATED TRADING-SPECIFIC RISKS
================================================================================

3.1  OVER-OPTIMIZATION (CURVE-FITTING)
     ============================================================
     (a) Strategies developed using historical data are inherently optimized
         for past market conditions. This optimization often creates
         parameters that fit historical noise rather than genuine market
         patterns.
     (b) An over-optimized strategy may show spectacular backtest results
         (e.g., 500% annual return, 0.95 profit factor, 80% win rate) while
         producing losses in live trading because it was fine-tuned to
         historical data that will not repeat.
     (c) The more parameters a strategy has, the higher the risk of over-
         optimization. A strategy with 15+ adjustable parameters is almost
         certainly curve-fitted to some degree.
     (d) Walk-forward optimization and out-of-sample testing reduce but do
         NOT eliminate this risk. No backtesting methodology can guarantee
         future performance.

3.2  SLIPPAGE & EXECUTION RISK
     ============================================================
     (a) Backtests assume perfect order execution at the desired price.
         Real-world execution involves slippage (getting a worse price),
         requotes (broker rejecting your price), and partial fills.
     (b) Market orders may execute 1-50+ pips from the intended price during
         high volatility, low liquidity, or news events.
     (c) Limit orders may not fill at all if the market doesn't reach the
         price or if there's insufficient liquidity at that level.
     (d) Stop-loss orders are NOT guaranteed. They become market orders when
         triggered and may fill at a significantly worse price (slippage
         through gaps, flash crashes, and low-liquidity conditions).
     (e) The cumulative impact of slippage over hundreds of trades can be
         devastating. Even 1 pip of average slippage on 500 trades at
         1 standard lot equals $5,000 in additional costs.

3.3  SPREAD & COMMISSION IMPACT
     ============================================================
     (a) Backtests may use fixed spreads or historical average spreads that
         understate real-world trading costs. Live spreads fluctuate
         constantly.
     (b) For high-frequency strategies that make 10-50+ trades per day,
         spread costs can consume 30-80% of gross profits.
     (c) Commissions, swap fees, financing charges, and platform fees
         further reduce net profitability.
     (d) A strategy showing 60% gross profit factor may have a 40% net
         profit factor after real-world costs.

3.4  TECHNOLOGY FAILURE RISKS
     ============================================================
     (a) INTERNET CONNECTIVITY: Internet outages, packet loss, high latency,
         DNS failures, and ISP problems can prevent order execution. A 30-
         second connectivity loss during a fast market move can result in
         significant unmanaged drawdown.
     (b) VPS/SERVER FAILURES: Virtual Private Servers can experience:
         - Hardware failure (disk, RAM, CPU)
         - Operating system crashes (BSOD, kernel panic)
         - Hosting provider outages (data center issues, power failures)
         - DDoS attacks on the hosting provider
         - Maintenance windows and forced reboots
     (c) PLATFORM CRASHES: MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader, TradingView, and other
         platforms can crash, freeze, or malfunction. During platform
         downtime, open positions remain unmanaged.
     (d) BROKER SERVER ISSUES: Broker trading servers can experience outages,
         high latency, overloads during high-volatility events, and
         connectivity problems.
     (e) DATA FEED ERRORS: Corrupted price data, stale quotes, missing
         ticks, duplicate ticks, and data feed disconnections can cause
         false signals and erroneous trades.
     (f) SOFTWARE BUGS: All software contains potential bugs. A bug in the
         strategy code could place incorrect orders, use wrong lot sizes,
         miss exit signals, enter the wrong direction, or create endless
         loops of order placement.
     (g) POWER FAILURE: Power outages on your local machine or VPS can
         halt the strategy mid-execution, leaving positions open and
         unmanaged.
     (h) TIME SYNCHRONIZATION: Inaccurate system clock can cause strategies
         to execute at wrong times, miss market sessions, or misinterpret
         candle data.

3.5  BROKER-RELATED RISKS
     ============================================================
     (a) REQUOTES: Brokers may requote your orders during high volatility,
         causing delays and worse execution prices.
     (b) STOP-LOSS HUNTING: Some market-maker brokers may engage in
         practices that trigger client stop-losses through temporary price
         spikes or widened spreads.
     (c) EXECUTION MODE: The strategy's behavior may differ between ECN/STP,
         market-maker, and hybrid brokers due to different execution models,
         spread structures, and order types.
     (d) LEVERAGE CHANGES: Brokers may reduce leverage before major news
         events or during volatile periods, requiring additional margin and
         potentially triggering margin calls.
     (e) SYMBOL DIFFERENCES: Currency pair naming conventions (EURUSD vs
         EURUSDm vs EURUSDx), digit counts (4/5 digits), lot size
         definitions (standard, mini, micro), and tick values differ across
         brokers. A strategy optimized for one broker may behave differently
         on another.
     (f) BROKER INSOLVENCY: While regulated brokers maintain segregated
         client funds, the protection limit varies (e.g., $250K FDIC in US,
         £85K FCA/FSCS in UK, €20K in EU, none for unregulated brokers).

3.6 DRAWDOWN & LOSING STREAK RISKS
     ============================================================
     (a) Every trading strategy, no matter how robust, will experience
         drawdown periods — extended periods of losses that reduce account
         equity.
     (b) TYPICAL DRAWDOWNS: Even high-quality strategies commonly experience
         20-40% maximum drawdowns during unfavorable market conditions.
         Aggressive strategies may see 50-80% drawdowns.
     (c) STATISTICAL EXPECTATION: A strategy with a 60% win rate will,
         on average, experience:
         - 10 consecutive losses approximately once every 10,000 trades
         - 7 consecutive losses approximately once every 350 trades
         - 5 consecutive losses approximately once every 100 trades
         These losing streaks are mathematically inevitable, not malfunctions.
     (d) RECOVERY MATHEMATICS: Drawdown recovery is asymmetric:
         - A 10% drawdown requires 11.1% gain to recover
         - A 25% drawdown requires 33.3% gain to recover
         - A 50% drawdown requires 100% gain to recover
         - A 75% drawdown requires 300% gain to recover
         - A 90% drawdown requires 900% gain to recover
     (e) RUIN PROBABILITY: The mathematical probability of account ruin
         (total capital loss) is never zero for any leveraged strategy.
         Even strategies with positive expected value can experience ruin
         due to variance, especially with improper position sizing.

3.7  MARKET REGIME CHANGE RISK
     ============================================================
     (a) Financial markets alternate between trending, ranging, volatile,
         and quiet regimes. A strategy optimized for trending markets will
         lose money in ranging markets and vice versa.
     (b) Market microstructure evolves over time. Strategies that worked
         5 years ago may not work today due to:
         - Changes in market participants and their algorithms
         - Regulatory changes affecting market structure
         - New trading technologies and platforms
         - Changes in central bank policies and interventions
         - Shifts in market correlations and volatility patterns
     (c) "Black swan" events (9/11, 2008 financial crisis, COVID-19, Swiss
         franc depeg, flash crashes) create conditions never seen in
         historical data. No backtest can prepare a strategy for a truly
         unprecedented event.
     (d) Algorithmic competition: As more traders use similar strategies,
         the edge (alpha) in those strategies diminishes over time. A
         strategy's profitability can degrade as it becomes more widely used.

================================================================================
SECTION 4: PSYCHOLOGICAL & BEHAVIORAL RISKS
================================================================================

4.1  OVER-CONFIDENCE BIAS
     Impressive backtest results can create dangerous over-confidence,
     leading traders to:
     (a) Over-leverage their accounts
     (b) Skip demo testing and go straight to live trading
     (c) Risk more capital than they can afford to lose
     (d) Ignore warning signs of strategy degradation

4.2  REVENGE TRADING
     After experiencing drawdowns or losses, traders may:
     (a) Increase lot sizes to "recover" losses faster
     (b) Disable stop-losses or widen risk parameters
     (c) Override the strategy's signals with emotional decisions
     (d) Switch to more aggressive strategies in desperation

4.3  INTERVENTION RISK
     Automated strategies work best when left alone. Trader intervention —
     manually closing trades, overriding signals, pausing the strategy
     during drawdowns, or frequently changing parameters — typically worsens
     performance because:
     (a) Emotional decisions during drawdowns tend to lock in losses
     (b) Closing profitable trades early reduces the strategy's edge
     (c) Constant parameter changes prevent any configuration from being
         tested properly
     (d) Starting and stopping the strategy causes missed signals

4.4  UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS
     (a) No strategy wins 100% of the time. A 60% win rate is considered
         good. Even the best quantitative hedge funds have losing months.
     (b) Expecting consistent monthly income from trading is unrealistic.
         Returns are lumpy, irregular, and uneven.
     (c) Social media and marketing often portray unrealistic returns.
         Strategies marketed with "1000% annual return" are almost certainly
         over-optimized or fraudulent.
     (d) Surviving the strategy development process (creating, testing,
         optimizing, deploying) does not guarantee profitability.

4.5  ADDICTION RISK
     Trading can become psychologically addictive. The dopamine release from
     winning trades, combined with the desire to recover from losses, can
     create compulsive trading behavior similar to gambling addiction. If
     you find yourself unable to stop trading, trading with money you
     can't afford to lose, or experiencing significant emotional distress
     from trading, please seek professional help.

================================================================================
SECTION 5: REGULATORY & LEGAL RISKS
================================================================================

5.1  JURISDICTIONAL DIFFERENCES
     Trading regulations vary dramatically across jurisdictions:

     (a) UNITED STATES: Forex trading limited to NFA/CFTC registered
         brokers. Maximum leverage 1:50 for majors, 1:20 for minors. CFD
         trading prohibited. Pattern Day Trading rule requires $25,000
         minimum for stocks. Crypto classified as property (IRS) and
         increasingly as securities (SEC).
     (b) EUROPEAN UNION (ESMA): Maximum leverage 1:30 for major forex, 1:20
         for minor forex, 1:10 for commodities, 1:5 for stocks, 1:2 for
         crypto. Negative balance protection required. CFD marketing
         restrictions. Binary options banned.
     (c) UNITED KINGDOM (FCA): Similar to ESMA rules plus UK-specific
         requirements. Crypto derivatives banned for retail traders.
     (d) AUSTRALIA (ASIC): Reduced leverage limits: 1:30 forex, 1:20 minor
         forex, 1:15 indices, 1:10 commodities, 1:5 stocks, 1:2 crypto.
     (e) JAPAN (FSA): Maximum leverage 1:25 for forex. Highly regulated.
         Specific order execution requirements.
     (f) INDIA (SEBI/RBI): Forex trading restricted to INR-based pairs at
         authorized exchanges. Crypto regulations evolving. 30% crypto tax.
     (g) CHINA: Forex trading for individuals effectively prohibited.
         Crypto trading and mining banned.
     (h) MIDDLE EAST: Varies — some jurisdictions (UAE, Bahrain) are
         crypto-friendly. Others restrict trading. Islamic finance (Sharia)
         compliance may be required for swap-free accounts.
     (i) AFRICA: Regulation ranges from established (South Africa FSCA) to
         minimal or nonexistent. Many traders use unregulated offshore
         brokers with no protection.

5.2  TAX OBLIGATIONS
     (a) Trading profits may be subject to capital gains tax, income tax,
         self-employment tax, value-added tax (VAT), transaction tax, or
         other levies depending on your jurisdiction, residency status, and
         trading volume.
     (b) You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with
         all applicable tax laws, filing requirements, and reporting
         obligations in your jurisdiction.
     (c) BoTrade.ai does NOT provide tax advice and is not responsible for
         any tax liability arising from your trading activities.
     (d) Tax treatment of trading income varies:
         - US: Forex under IRC §988 (ordinary income) or IRC §1256 (60/40
           capital gains) depending on election
         - UK: Depending on circumstances, may be tax-free (spread betting),
           capital gains tax (CFDs), or income tax (professional trading)
         - EU: Varies by member state — some apply withholding tax, others
           capital gains tax
         - Crypto: Generally taxed as property/capital asset; specific rules
           vary

5.3  LICENSE & REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
     Using automated trading strategies for managing other people's money
     may require you to register as an investment advisor, commodity trading
     advisor, or equivalent designation in your jurisdiction. Operating
     without required licenses is illegal and may result in fines,
     imprisonment, and disgorgement of profits.

SECTION 6: BACKTEST & HISTORICAL PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMERS
================================================================================

6.1  FUNDAMENTAL LIMITATIONS OF BACKTESTING
     (a) Backtest results are HYPOTHETICAL. They represent how the strategy
         WOULD HAVE performed on historical data, not how it WILL perform
         on future data.
     (b) Backtests cannot account for: real-world slippage, spread
         variations, requotes, partial fills, broker-specific restrictions,
         market impact, liquidity limitations, and human intervention.
     (c) PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. This is
         not a mere legal disclaimer — it is a fundamental truth of
         financial markets confirmed by decades of academic research.
     (d) The CFTC (Commodity Futures Trading Commission) and SEC (Securities
         and Exchange Commission) explicitly warn that hypothetical
         performance results have inherent limitations.

6.2  SURVIVORSHIP BIAS
     Strategies published on BoTrade.ai have survived a development process.
     For every strategy that shows promising results, many others were
     developed, tested, and discarded. This survivorship bias inherently
     inflates the apparent quality of available strategies.

6.3  DATA QUALITY ISSUES
     (a) Historical data may contain gaps, errors, interpolated ticks,
         missing bars, stale prices, and incorrect high/low values.
     (b) Different data providers supply different historical data for the
         same instrument, leading to different backtest results.
     (c) Microstructure elements (bid/ask spread, depth of book, execution
         latency) are rarely captured in historical data but significantly
         impact real-world performance.

6.4  FORWARD-LOOKING BIAS
     Some backtesting methodologies inadvertently incorporate future
     information into historical decisions (e.g., using Monday's close
     to make Saturday's decision). Such bugs automatically invalidate
     the backtest even if the developer is unaware.

SECTION 7: STRATEGIES ARE SOFTWARE, NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE
================================================================================

7.1 BoTrade.ai is a SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTION PLATFORM, not a financial
     advisory service. Strategies downloaded from BoTrade.ai are computer
     programs — TOOLS — not personalized investment recommendations.

7.2 Neither BoTrade.ai nor any Developer is:
     (a) A registered investment advisor (RIA)
     (b) A licensed financial planner (CFP)
     (c) A broker-dealer or registered representative
     (d) A commodity trading advisor (CTA)
     (e) A licensed wealth manager or portfolio manager
     (f) Acting in any fiduciary capacity toward you
     (g) Providing advice tailored to your individual financial situation

7.3 No communication from BoTrade.ai — including strategy descriptions,
     performance charts, parameter suggestions, blog posts, documentation,
     social media content, marketing materials, email newsletters, or this
     Risk Warning itself — constitutes investment advice, trading advice,
     tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold
     any financial instrument.

7.4 You are responsible for making your own independent trading decisions.
     We strongly recommend consulting with:
     (a) A qualified and registered financial advisor
     (b) A certified public accountant (CPA) or tax professional
     (c) A licensed attorney specializing in securities law
     before using any trading strategy with real capital.

================================================================================
SECTION 8: SPECIFIC RISK SCENARIOS
================================================================================

To illustrate the real-world risks, consider these scenarios (all based on
actual market events):

8.1 SCENARIO: Swiss Franc Flash Crash (January 15, 2015)
     The Swiss National Bank unexpectedly removed the EUR/CHF floor.
     EUR/CHF dropped 3,000+ pips in SECONDS. Stop-losses did not execute.
     Brokers went bankrupt. Accounts went deeply negative. Traders owed
     money they didn't have. An automated strategy running on EUR/CHF
     would have been powerless to prevent catastrophic losses.

8.2 SCENARIO: Cryptocurrency Crash (May 2021)
     Bitcoin dropped from $58,000 to $30,000 in 3 weeks. Altcoins lost
     50-90% of value. Exchanges experienced outages during peak selling.
     Liquidation cascades wiped billions. A crypto trading bot could not
     execute sell orders on overloaded exchanges.

8.3  SCENARIO: COVID-19 Market Crash (March 2020)
     S&P 500 dropped 34% in 23 trading days. VIX (volatility) spiked to
     82 — the highest in history. Circuit breakers triggered multiple times.
     Spread on major forex pairs widened 5-10x. Any strategy optimized on
     low-volatility data would have experienced unprecedented drawdowns.

8.4 SCENARIO: FTX Exchange Collapse (November 2022)
     FTX, the third-largest crypto exchange, collapsed overnight. $8 billion
     in customer funds were inaccessible. Withdrawal halted. Crypto trading
     bots running on FTX lost access to their funds entirely.

8.5 SCENARIO: GameStop Short Squeeze (January 2021)
     GameStop rose from $20 to $483 in days. Short-selling strategies lost
     billions. Brokers restricted trading (Robinhood halted buying). An
     automated short strategy would have faced unlimited losses.

8.6 SCENARIO: Oil Goes Negative (April 2020)
     WTI crude futures traded at NEGATIVE $37.63 per barrel — an event
     previously considered impossible. Any strategy that assumed oil
     couldn't trade below zero would have experienced catastrophic failure.

================================================================================
SECTION 9: POSITION SIZING & MONEY MANAGEMENT RISKS
================================================================================

9.1 Improper position sizing is the single most common cause of account
     blowups. Common mistakes include:
     (a) Risking more than 1-2% of capital per trade
     (b) Using fixed lot sizes without adjusting for account size
     (c) Martingale money management (doubling down after losses)
     (d) Grid trading without maximum drawdown limits
     (e) Running multiple strategies that are correlated (all trading the
         same direction moves, all losing simultaneously)

9.2 MARTINGALE WARNING: Strategies that use martingale, grid, or
     averaging-down money management appear to win consistently until they
     experience a catastrophic loss. A martingale strategy can turn a small
     initial loss into a complete account wipeout during a sustained trend.

9.3 CORRELATION RISK: Running multiple automated strategies simultaneously
     may increase risk if the strategies are correlated. During market
     stress, most strategies tend to lose money simultaneously.

================================================================================
SECTION 10: NO GUARANTEE OF AVAILABILITY
================================================================================

10.1 BoTrade.ai does not guarantee continuous access to strategies,
     downloads, the website, or any services. Interruptions may occur due to
     maintenance, technical issues, server failures, DDoS attacks, ISP
     outages, or regulatory requirements.

10.2 Strategies may be removed, updated, or discontinued at any time without
     notice. Updates may change strategy behavior, parameters, or logic.

10.3 BoTrade.ai does not guarantee that the Software will remain compatible
     with future versions of trading platforms, operating systems, or
     broker environments.
